The Port City Pro Stock feature saw Don Rohn take a lead with Larry Kosloski tight on his tail. Things were just getting settled in when Gordy Snyder had a flat that sent most of the field scattering to avoid. Kosloski had taken the lead and started out front with Jacob Headley and Rohn following. Ryan Kent began to move up and break into the top five. Rohn was able to retake the lead about lap eight but Kent and Chaney Newland took over second and third with Mike Husted moving into top five. Newland and Kent pulled a train run on the top side of Rohn about half way through the event and made the pass for the lead.
Doug McKeown, Don Rohn, and Gordie Snyder all ran under a small blanket for several laps with Rohn eventually taking the lead in the Port City Pro Stocks. Ryan Kent pulled up to the leader and then slid under him with about ten to go. Chaney Newland and Vern Buskirk came calling and that usually means trouble but Kent held on to win a close one at the stripe over Newland, Buskirk, Mike Husted, and Rohn.
Derek Schestag grabbed the lead of the Port City Pro Stock feature, followed by Barry Rinard, Blake Hollenbeck, Rodney Heikkila, Guy Hommerding, Schestag held the lead for several laps but Rinard came under him in turns one and two to take it away. By this time, Chaney Newland had worked his way from 11th to second followed closely by Mike Husted. Rinard fought off Newland for several laps as Vern Buskirk also joined the fray and the front four cars were barely separated.
