Next up was the Kentucky Fried Chicken Late Models for their 30 lap feature and it was Scott Phillips and Zach Olger on the front Row. The green flag flew and Olger was off and running stretching it out to a huge lead over Phillips and the rest of the field. As the laps ticked off the 6r of Carl Ries slowly started to reel in Olger in Rusty Seaver's Knights Auto Sales 18 machine.

While it was obvious that Olger was fasted with clear race track in front of him, lap traffic was another story for the St John’s native, allowing Ries to get to within 5 car lengths on the white flag lap. It was not to be however for Ries as Olger was able to hang on for the final lap of a caution free feature and make his way to victory lane over Ries, Scott Baker, Justin Robinson, and Ryan VanderVeen.

Heat race winners were Zach Olger and Justin Robinson.
