Jake Headley and Chad Raby ran the Pro Stocks show until lap 14 when Rick Edminster spun right in front of our leaders bringing out the first caution of the 25 lap feature. Jake was able to hold on for the final laps and pick up the feature win. Second went to Chad Raby, Third to Chaney Newland, fourth to Don Rohn and rounding out the top five Vern Buskirk.April 14, 2012
No one was surprised that the Port City Pro Stock feature event was dominated by defending champion Chaney Newland. After taking the lead in the very early going Chaney never looked back, holding off Vern Buskirk, Ryan Kent, Mike Husted, and Todd Bush.
