News and More...
Drivers Meeting Set The annual driver and rules meeting is set for Saturday, March 13th, at 1PM at the Crystal Elementary School in downtown Crystal. You can get your pit spots and pay yearly registration fees at this time. If you have questions, email me or call the office at 989.235.5200.
Season pass prices have been announced. This is based on all pre season and regular season races (24 races are on the
schedule) but excludes the Lions Club races and Great Lakes Nationals. The prices are as follows: Hide The Squeamish! "It" is closer and growing in size. "It" bit me, leaving a definate mark... who knows what it will do to you. You have been warned. Watch this space. 2010 CMS Schedule! I just got the 2010 schedule and while it will take a day to get it posted if you email me, I can send it to you in a Word document or as a copy and paste in an email. Tell me which method you prefer. You can down load a pdf file HERE. CMS Videos Now On Forum Board Part of the new forum board is a section that holds CMS videos from Races On The Web. Currently there are several class segments and a full show available to view. Click HERE to see the menu. We are excited about this, it allows viewers to ask questions about a particular incident and it's possible to get a driver to comment. Moderators are wanted, at least two from each class. Contact me for details. 2010 Flinn Stock Rules Updated!I've posted the latest Flinn Stock rules HERE. If you have questions, call the track at 989.235.5200. Other updates should be forthcoming soon. Plans for 2010 are in motion for both the track and Races On The Web. The new tower is about half way complete and we look forward to using it this season. The new scoring section is high above the old tower while a new VIP booth is on the section immediately below the scorers. ROTW has the second floor and the bottom floor is for miscellaneous uses. The photos below were taken early last week and a lot more progress has been made. ![]() ![]() ![]() If you would like a copy of the four disc DVD set of the 2009 Great Lakes Nationals, or if you have a small business and would like to get some (very) low cost advertising out using our live Internet video streams and the website, drop me a note from the link in the navigation bar. More on that coming soon. Final division points are posted HERE.

You can watch a short clip of Tim Sooy's Pro Truck in car camera by clicking HERE. The video is dark due to the high lux settings of the camera. Tim clocks the front stretch wall pretty hard! Scott of Engine Pro tells me applications to the Engine Pro contingency program are way down. Last year, nearly every night, random drivers from ALL divisions were leaving HUNDREDS of dollars on the table every night. You are buying parts so why not buy them from a local Engine Pro dealer and run the right sticker decals on your machine and you could pocket up to an extra $100 to $700 a night. Vern Buskirk knows. Ask him how much $$$$$ he pocketed the last couple seasons by buying his parts from a local dealer and running the decals. Click HERE for all the details or call the track for more details! 989.235.5200. How can you afford NOT to call? A special THANK YOU to Anderson Contracting of Vestaburg for their support of the racing program this holiday weekend. If you need contracting or renovation services, please support the people who support racing. You can visit their website HERE. ![]()
