This may appear to be a very simple website, and in some regards it is. The bulk of the design work was completed weeks ago, when snow and ice were the prevailing topics around town. While most of you were out ice fishing and enjoying a brisk winter day our web design guys were spending their New Year holiday assembling the bones of the site, creating graphics and making sure all of the links work as they should.

The rest of the work starts about 6 AM each Sunday morning during the racing season, when the first competition lists are emailed out to the webmaster. The lists are followed by photos and stories. It's all coded up and uploaded to the site by Sunday afternoon if things go well, or Monday if they don't.

Sponsors Are Important

Throughout the site you may see one or two corporate logos on each content page. These firms have helped us out financially by purchasing advertising space here. Their block ads serve the same function as do their billboards around the track. Each of these sponsors wants you to know they appreciate your business and they are eager to support YOUR racing activities, regardless if you are a driver, car owner, or an ardent race fan. They understand the excitement of spending time each week with your family as we all cheer our favorite cars to the finish line.
